1/ Ensure KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & Operation Excellence for in-charge SAP module(s)
1.1/ Ensure effective troubleshooting to resume normal operation ASAP and within SLA.
1.2/ Perform quality service covering service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management, CIP, IT compliance, emergency concept, customer satisfaction, etc.
2/ SAP Project Management & Participant with focus on S/4
2.1/ Roll-out central projects for in charge SAP modules (includes upgrade, integration, transfer, removal of processes in responsible areas, data migration, perform intergration test, user acceptance test, documentation, user training, etc.)
2.2/ Ensure quality project deliveries in term of SoW, progress against schedule and within resource allocation (time, budget, capacity, etc),
3.3 Adapt DRIVE project methods for S/4 deployment, Set-up and run DRIVE CO activities based on the S/4 standard project plan templates with Fast4ward Dashboards, implement step changes and adapt the timeline. and secure Go-live of S/4 project
3/ Ensure CIP - Continuous Improvement for in charge services.
3.1/ Continously review operation, SAP process health-check for assigned plants, closely partner with stakeholders for improvement opportunities (cost reduction, efficiency, automation etc.)
3.2/ Develop and implement CIP solutions for standardization & optimization
3.3/ Validate and support PIA (Process Improvement Activities)
4/ Knowledge Management
4.1/ Training: Perform quality knowledge transfer towards end users, key users, proxy or at assigments to enable services, secure operation, sustain/ improve service quality
4.2/ Learning: knows BBM standard processes (PID) and details of functionalities, able to understand business requirements and identify deviations; continuously develop knowledge on responsible areas or where organization has demand to perform effective services; Build-up the S/4 knowledge in order to perform as CO deploy member.

2/ SAPプロジェクト(特にS/4)のマネジメントおよびご参加
2.1/ セントラルプロジェクトで担当するSAPモジュールを導入する（アップグレード、統合、責任範囲内のプロセスの移行、削除、データ移行、統合テスト、ユーザー受け入れテスト、ドキュメンテーション、ユーザートレーニングなどを含む）
2.2/ スケジュールに対する進捗、リソースの割り当て内でのプロジェクトの品質的なデリバリーを確保します。
2.3/ S/4の導入に対してDRIVEプロジェクトメソッドを適応し、S/4標準のプロジェクト計画テンプレートとFast4wardダッシュボードを基にControllingアクティビティをセットアップおよび実行し、タイムラインを適応させ、S/4プロジェクトのGo-liveを確保します。
3/ 担当サービスのCIP（継続的な改善）を実行する
3.1/ 運用を継続的に見直し、割り当てられたプラントのSAPプロセスの健全性をチェックし、改善の機会（コスト削減、効率化、自動化など）についてステークホルダーと緊密に連携する
3.2/ 標準化と最適化のためのCIPソリューションを開発・実施する
3.3/ PIA（プロセス改善アクティビティ）を検証・サポートする
4/ 知識管理
4.1/ トレーニング：エンドユーザー、キーユーザー、代理人に対して品質の高い知識移転を行い、サービスを可能にし、運用を確保し、サービス品質を維持/改善する
4.2/ 学習：BBMの標準プロセス（PID）と機能の詳細を知り、ビジネス要件を理解し、プロセスギャップを特定する。責任範囲や組織が効果的なサービスを提供するために必要な知識を継続的に開発する。CO展開メンバーとしてのパフォーマンスを発揮するためにS/4の知識を構築する。
資格1/ Knowledge of management accounting in the manufacturing industry.
2/ Experience in implementing the SAP ERP system CO module (preferably with SAP certification and experience in implementing SAP S/4 HANA).
3/ Global collaboration & language: The process solution team for Controlling is based in more than 20 countries. Global collaboration requires excellent language skills in English plus one more language and active collaboration including across multiple time zones.
4/ Business Travel: Bosch Mobility Company users are located in more than 160 locations around the globe. To prepare the global user base for a successful transition, business travel is needed for project activities.
